• Successfully delivered several complex turn-around cases where he has been hand-picked by top management to review and get failed projects, putting the company at large risk, back on track again.

• Over 20 years in various Senior Management/Director/Managing Director positions within large international industrial groups such as ABB, ALSTOM, AREVA, SANDVIK, ELTEL and Global Connect, with a continuous international exposure towards group senior management, suppliers and clients.

• Experience from setting-up/managing five different global PMO’s with portfolio values up to 2 BEUR , including the development and implementation of state-of-the-art project management processes and tools based on international standards such as PMI and IPMA.

• In depth experience from sales and manufacturing through the roles as Commercial Director, PU Managing Director and Global Project Manager within Manufacturing Development.

• Substantial experience from various large change management/M&A initiatives, such as the merge between ABB and ALSTOM to ABB ALSTOM Power, the AREVA acquisition of ALSTOM T&D, restructuring of AREVA T&D’s LV/MV switchgear production plant in Sweden, integration of acquired companies into Sandvik BA Mining, major consolidations of Sandvik operations in Chile, Brazil and Australia, the SANDVIK divestment of their Mining Systems operations, to prepare Eltel’s Power Transmission International operations for divestment alternatively complete ramp-down and Eltel’s High Voltage business in Germany and Poland for potential divestment.
